Important – Halloween Deliveries
We sincerely want to thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy Halloween season.
Due to the exceptionally high shipping volume across all carriers (USPS, FedEx, Australia Post, etc.), some orders are still in transit or showing delayed tracking updates — even though they were shipped on time.
Please rest assured that every shipment is being tracked closely, and deliveries are still ongoing over the next couple of days. Some parcels may still arrive today or tomorrow, depending on your local carrier’s schedule.
That said, we completely understand how important it was for your order to arrive before Halloween. If your package did not reach you in time, you will be fully refunded automatically once verified by our team.
Refunds appear on your bank or PayPal account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, don’t worry — we’re already in contact with the shipping companies to trace any misplaced deliveries and make sure you’re either receiving your item or your full refund.
We know this situation has been disappointing for some of you, and we’re truly sorry for the delay and inconvenience. Please know that we’re handling every case individually to ensure a quick and fair resolution for everyone.
