Important – Halloween Deliveries

Due to the exceptionally high volume with USPS / FedEx around Halloween, some orders are still in transit or showing delayed scans — even though they were shipped on time.


Please rest assured — deliveries are still ongoing and being monitored closely.


If your order arrived too late or still hasn’t been delivered, you can simply refuse the delivery when the carrier arrives — or use the prepaid return label included in the box to return it.

Once the parcel is on its way back, we will process a full refund.

Refunds appear within 5–7 business days on your original payment method.


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, we are already in contact with the carriers to trace it and make sure you are either receiving your item, or receiving your refund.
